The Topcats will rock Pirate Day in the Bay on the beach in Bay St. Louis for the very first time on Saturday, May 21st at 7:00! This is a great festival sponsored by the Mystic Krewe of Seahorses and is complete with music, rides, fireworks, and all kinds of other activities.
