The Topcats will rock the Metairie Parade route as they ride in the Magical Krewe of Mad Hatters Parade on February, 15th! The parade begins at 5:00PM on Bonnabel Blvd and ends at Family Gras in the Clearview Shopping Center parking lot. Come cheer The Topcats on as the roll through the streets of Metairie!
