The Topcats will rock the Metairie Parade route as they ride in the Magical Krewe of Mad Hatters Parade with their good friend Scoot Paisant, on February, 15th! The parade begins at 5:00PM on Veterans at Clearview and ends Martin Behrman and Veterans. Come cheer Scoot and The Topcats on as the roll through the streets of Metairie!
